Our story...
We started out as a traditional telecoms network provider and felt the pain of having to say no to our customers when they looked for products which were not off the shelf. Over the course of 10 Years we started saying YES and building custom plugins for our clients. We found that these integrations massively increased our customer retention.
2016
We wondered if traditional resellers could benefit from this kind of customer relationship and started working on a MVP in 2016.
2018
In 2018 we cut our teeth on the UK Taxi industry providing hugely successful cloud functions to enrich the taxi customer journey.
2021
In 2021, in one of the hardest economical years to date, we found market fit and forged ahead with the release of our product "Callable"
